Acrylics ’19/’20

Here are my acrylic paintings from 2019 and 2020, from Las Cruces, NM. They are painted on various surfaces, including Canvas Boards, Hardboard Panels, and Stretched Canvas. I try to use a better quality of paints, mediums, varnishes, and surfaces to enhance longevity of the piece. All acrylic paintings have an isolation layer applied to protect the paint. Each one is varnished. The varnish may be removed with household ammonia and reapplied if it becomes damaged or yellows (usually after several decades). Because of the isolation layer, the paint will be safe from this process.
